Experience a culinary highlight in Büsum! From 22 to 24 November 2025, we invite you to an enjoyable weekend of North German hospitality and fine cuisine.
On Sunday, 23 November, you can look forward to a special evening: As part of the 39th Schleswig-Holstein Gourmet Festival, star chef Thomas Martin will spoil you with an exclusive gourmet menu. It will be served at communicative tables of 10 in the stylish event area - accompanied by selected wines, an aperitif to welcome you and fine coffee to round off the evening.
This offer includes:
- 2 nights from Friday to Sunday
- Daily breakfast buffet (07:00 - 11:00)
- Saturday evening 3-course menu as part of half board (22.11.)
- Sunday evening participation in the SHGF with gourmet menu & wine accompaniment (23.11.)
- Use of swimming pool and sauna area
- Sauna bag in the room (with bathrobe & sauna towels)
