“I use Yin Yoga to help people achieve greater calm, body awareness, and inner balance. As part of this package, I teach Yin Yoga—a calm, meditative form of yoga. The positions are held for several minutes and are mainly performed sitting or lying down. This creates space for relaxation, regeneration, and conscious self-awareness.” - Anke Albrecht
- 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday, including breakfast buffet
- Yin yoga in a group: 1 hour in the morning & 1.5 hours in the afternoon
