Experience a culinary highlight in Büsum! From 06 to 08 November 2026, we invite you to an enjoyable weekend of North German hospitality and fine cuisine.

On Saturday, 07. November, you can look forward to a special evening: As part of the 40th Schleswig-Holstein Gourmet Festival, star chef Ronny Siewert will spoil you with an exclusive gourmet menu. It will be served at communicative tables of 10 in the stylish event area - accompanied by selected wines, an aperitif to welcome you and fine coffee to round off the evening. 

This offer includes:

• 2 nights from Friday to Sunday
• Daily breakfast buffet (07:00 - 11:00)
• Friday evening 3-course half-board menu (06.11.)
• Saturday evening participation in the SHGF with gourmet menu & wine accompaniment (07.11.)
• Use of the swimming pool and sauna area
• Sauna bag in the room (with bathrobe & sauna towels)
