Our hotel comprises 93 rooms and suites, seven holiday flats, four function rooms, the ‘Deichperle’ restaurant, the ‘Schneiders’ bar and a spa with a swimming pool and three saunas. 04. Trial period
You’ll spend a day working in your department. This gives you a chance to see your team in action, and us a chance to get to know you.
05. Join the team
We’ll sort out the formalities and you’ll start with a structured induction programme.
Working and living in Büsum
Büsum is situated right on the Wadden Sea; the dyke is just a few steps away from the ‘Coastal Pearl’. Anyone who works here gets to finish work by the sea. Heide, Husum and Itzehoe are within easy reach for shopping and day trips.

The Küstenperle is open all year round. We offer permanent jobs rather than seasonal contracts, ranging from full-time roles to part-time roles of 16 hours or more, and mini-jobs.
